This notice explains how Vibe-Holdings Group handles personal information when you use this public website, contact us, or subscribe to our updates. It is not a substitute for the product-specific notices and data-processing agreements that apply to Vibe POS, HR, customer accounts, or other services.
Who is responsible?
Vibe-Holdings Group is the controller for personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact support@vibe-holdings.co.uk. If you are a customer using a Vibe-Holdings service, the applicable contract and product notice determine whether Vibe-Holdings acts as controller or processor.
What we collect and why
- Contact enquiries: name, email or alternative contact details, topic and message, to respond to your request. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in operating support. We normally retain enquiries for up to 24 months after the matter is closed.
- Newsletter subscriptions: email address and subscription status, to send requested updates. The lawful basis is consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option or by contacting us.
- Essential operation and security: limited technical information and strictly necessary cookies may be processed to keep the website secure and functioning. The lawful basis is legitimate interest and, where applicable, legal obligation.
Who receives information?
We use service providers for hosting, database and storage, email delivery, security and payment or business operations where needed. They may process information only under our instructions and appropriate contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the UK or EEA. Before using a provider, we assess the applicable transfer mechanism, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards, and provide further details where required.
Your rights
